Custom 4130 Chromoly steel
Frame
Steel is real or so they say, and we use 4130 Chromoly steel to build the Bonza Frame. Designed and fabricated in house we make a high power Emoto frame unlike any other out there. Made integrating the best design features of classic motorbikes we have synthesized a design that we feel makes excellent use of contemporary Emoto components while still emulating the frame designs of class act Enduro and early 60's cafe and scrambler construction.
The Bonza frame integrates a unique jackshaft design that has become an amazing modularizing platform for our customizing our bikes. Multiple motor system and final drive configurations can be fitted easily, while also creating a slackless drivetrain setup. The suspension pivot mounts to the rear swing arm concentrically leading there to be consistent tension of the drive chain or belt across it movement.

QS165 5-8kw
Motor
We chose to standardize around the QS motor standard because it is a wicked powerful and compact motor which allows us the best pathway to upgrade to a number of different motor systems if upgrading is something you like to do to your bike.

Fardriver ND72680
Controller
FARDRIVER ND72680 is a High Power Electric Motorcycle Controller
Programmable With Bluetooth For 4-6KW QSMotor
FarDriver 680A sine wave type controller, with self-learning function. Generally, it matches well with QS Motors and makes for a robust and easy to tune platform. You can really learn a lot about these bikes by taking a peek under the hood and getting your hands on the Bluetooth app to be able to adjust and dial in your ideal parameters for the way you ride. That being said if you prefer there are a whole host of other controller manufacturers that are compatible with the bonza.

Primary Belt / 420 Chain
Drivetrain
Our drivetrain consists of a primary Gates carbon belt running from the motor to the jackshaft transferring the power to a 420 chain to the rear sprocket with a 1:8.55 Final dear reduction. putting that power to work and making a quiet, low maintenance drive system that offers the same benefits and upgradability that we have built into every feature of the Bonza.
See our drivetrain collection here.

Hydraulic disk brakes
Brakes
Like the other components on the bonza we want to install the most reliable components on our bike and give you the option to upgrade as you see fit. For our builds we have been really loving the performance of the SRAM Maven Brakes. We have been using the SLV model brakes with an additional inline brake cutoff sensor and it has been showing excellent performance and long term durability.
Here are the brake components we have available.

Fast Ace ALX13RC forks / Egoboost shocks.
Suspension
We are using the FASTACE ALX13RC forks on the bonza, chosen for their excellent performance and reputation for serviceability. For the rear shocks we are rocking some 160MM EgoBoost progressive rate shocks on the back.
See our suspension options and choose the ones for how you ride.
