The ONE MOTO SHOW 2025 - first year 2 bikes in the show!

In the days and weeks before the 2025 One Moto, getting to the finally see the bike come together was a massive undertaking and a complicated bag of mixed emotions as we continued to day by day countdown to the One Moto Show. I'm so proud that we were able to pull it all together and unleash the bonza on the world is such an awesome setting.
Thank you to all my friends and family that came to assist us in getting ready for the show.

A HUGE Thank you to these rockstars!

Jacob,
Elena,

Zach,
Uncle Tommy,
and my Mother for all that you guys did to help get us across the finish line.

We are so excited to be accepted as a builder and for our first year be lucky enough to be able to enter and present 2 bikes a the greatest motorcycle show on earth was a tremendous honor.

What is custom made on the Bonza you ask?

Custom tig welded chromoly frame
Hand build battery designed from the cell level up by Turner Motorbikes
Custom designed aluminum swingarm
Hand fabricated tank and seat with custom upholstery and paint.
Custom 19" wheels with Excell rims fitted to Sur-Ron compatible hubs.
Integrated headlight bracket and custom switch plates
and the list goes on....
Here is Jacob helping me load the Bonza up into the Uhaul as we set off for the ONE Moto show the Thursday before to load in.
We unveiled the Bonza a bike of our own design and hand build by our team here at turner motorbikes as well as a new custom limited edition RCR race bike with a fairing that we built for ONYX Motors (formerly ONYX Motorbikes)
Custom Onyx RCR with a Honda CBR fairing installed.
For this custom project we created a set of brackets that allowed for the fairing to be mounted to the RCR frame and with a set of swingarm extensions we made an RCR unlike any other built before.
The Green Version of the bike for a similar by different shaped fairing. (not pictured)
Working with Tim Seward of ONYX we developed a custom series of bikes and delivered this Pink fairing RCR and 2 more to the show for their team to take back to LA and make into a series of sweet promotion bikes.
The last 2 of which were completed in the 18 day runup to the show while also finishing the other 2 bikes that were accepted into the show. A last minuet change by the client that made the runup to the show all the more exciting.
Before the wrap went on.
custom adjustable fairing side holders.
CNC aluminum swingarm extensions for the RCR
While completing the ONYX build we were still designing components of the Bonza in the run up to the show.
2 years of development and 6 months prior to the show we began working around the clock on the to get the bike together.
Just weeks before the show we finally finished and painted the frame of the bonza. at this point we were really cooking, working 16 hours a day for weeks on end at this point. Each detail, designed, fabricated and added to the bike to get us closer step by step.

Here is the Bonza the week before the show. Re-disassembled to go over each piece and complete the final bits of wiring before the big show day.
I'm quite proud that our wiring is manageable, waterproof and easy to service. Its almost like it was designed by a technician who knew that the wiring should be accessible and easy to manage. Imagine a world where things are built like this as a standard!?!
We had a blast that weekend and got a chance to take some more ebikes up so we could rip around Portland when not at the show. What an amazing weekend and we have to give a big thank you to the organizers of the ONE MOTO SHOW for putting on this amazing event and taking a chance on a new category allowing us wild and wacky electric moto folks to come participate in the moto scene.

I will leave you with a few words of wisdom that my friend Jacob said while talking to a guy at the One show.

"Emotos are like the Christian rock of the motorbike world right now,Way too crazy and hard core for the folks who ride Ebikes, But not hard core enough for the motorcycle riders scene. "

Go FAST, No GAS.
