Making a battery by hand, lets talk about it. We designed the bonza battery from the ground up. We make the modules cell racks from HDPE and make dual modules that slide down into the case. Both are 10S14P (36V) and they are series connected to achieve 72V and a final 20S 14P configuration. With the molicell P42A cells, this is a high energy density pack with great longevity and repairability.
